With our pickup & delivery service, our driver comes to your home or office at a scheduled time, collects your laundry, and returns it freshly cleaned — no trips required. Walk-in means you bring your items to one of our Melbourne store locations and pick them up once done. Walk-in orders are priced ~15% lower as there's no collection or delivery involved.

Yes — there is no separate delivery fee. The pickup & delivery pricing you see already covers the full door-to-door service. No minimum order, no hidden charges.

Wash & fold is billed by weight in kilograms. For pickup & delivery orders, your driver will weigh your laundry on collection and provide an immediate receipt. For walk-in orders, items are weighed at the counter when you drop them off. The 10 kg minimum applies to both service types.

None. We show you the full price before you confirm. If any garment requires special treatment, we'll contact you for approval before proceeding — you'll never be surprised by your bill.

For pickup & delivery, payment is collected at delivery. For walk-in orders, payment is taken when you collect your items. We accept all major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and cash (at store locations). You'll receive an itemised invoice by email after each order.

Yes. Returning customers automatically earn points on every order through the Bubble Bliss Loyalty Programme. After your fifth order, you receive a 10% discount on all future wash & fold services. Monthly subscription plans are available for frequent users — ask us for details in store or when booking online.

We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you're not completely happy with any aspect of your order, contact us within 24 hours and we'll re-clean your items at no charge. If we cannot fix the issue, we'll issue a full refund for that item.
